Mi historia
Having been a professional massage therapist since 2017. I’m a passionate about the use of massage as a therapy to enable our bodies to rest, recover and recuperate from daily life duties. Additional to using massage as a therapy for the exercise and lifestyle burdens we place on our bodies. This extensive experience in treating sports professionals, amateurs and members of the general public alike, has allowed me to hone my skills, bringing them to your doorstep.
My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each patient, to make sure you receive the approach and outcomes you desire, whether that be pre, intra or post sport or just to release generalised body tension.
In working together, I hope to not only treat your aliments and injuries, but provide you with the knowledge and confidence, for you to take control of your own body healing and activation moving forward.
